How do I get to Stylist Live?

The Business Design Centre is located in Angel, Islington and is easily accessible by a range of transport methods, including bus, London Underground and National Rail.

The nearest tube stations are Angel on the Northern Line and Highbury & Islington on the Victoria Line, London Overground and National Rail.

King’s Cross and Euston National Rail stations are also a short distance away.

There are also many bus stops nearby which cover several routes in and around London.

A limited amount of parking is available at the venue, pre-book to guarantee your space from (booking fee applies).

Are there hotels located near Stylist Live?

Is Stylist Live suitable for children?

You are the best judge of whether your child would enjoy Stylist Live and whether you would enjoy it with them! The catwalk features some loud music and the event will be extremely busy in places. Parents will be expected to take their children out of any talks if they become disruptive.

The event is free for children under 5 years of age and they would be expected to sit on your knee for the catwalk show or other talks.

Please note that the bars at the Business Design Centre operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy to avoid under 18s being able to obtain alcohol.


Do I have to buy tickets in advance or can I simply turn up on the day?

Purchasing tickets in advance is recommended to guarantee entry. All tickets purchased in advance include a reserved place on your preferred talk or workshop and catwalk show (subject to availability). Book tickets here.

How can I guarantee a place at a talk, workshop or catwalk show?

Advanced ticket buyers will be able to reserve their place on a chosen talk or workshop and catwalk show (subject to availability). All sessions will also have availability on a first come, first served basis each day for all Stylist Live ticket holders.

Please arrive 15 minutes before talks, workshops and catwalk shows begin (reserved and walk-up sessions), to be seated five minutes before they start. Arrivals after this time cannot be guaranteed entry.

How do I book my place at a talk, workshop or the catwalk show?

You will receive an email from our partner platform Sched after booking your ticket through Eventbrite. This email will contain instructions on how to reserve your places.

If you cannot find this email, please check your junk folder. Alternatively, you can log in to Sched using this link. If this does not work you can reset your password using this link.

Can I reserve talk, workshop and catwalk show places for my friends?

You can only reserve seats for yourself. All of your friends will need a ticket assigned to their name/email in Eventbrite so they can reserve their places themselves, this link has more information on how to do this.

Once the ticket has been assigned, the other attendee/s will receive an email notification from Sched and can pick their sessions.

I have booked a ticket but would like to change to a different day, how can I do that?

Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I swap my chosen talk, workshop or catwalk show place for a different time?

You can amend which sessions you attend up to one week before the event. To do so, log into your Sched account here, and instructions on how to amend a session can be found here.

Is there a ticket option that allows me to visit Stylist Live on more than one day?

Unfortunately multi-day tickets are not available. If you would like to attend multiple days you will need to buy a ticket for each individual day.

My booking confirmation says I need to print my tickets. Can I save on my smart phone instead?

Yes, event tickets can be printed or saved on a smart phone.

I’ve lost my confirmation email so can’t download my tickets, what can I do?

The easiest way to get your tickets is to find your email order confirmation; tickets are usually attached as a PDF file you can print. If you can’t find them or aren’t sure if you have an Eventbrite account, just enter your email address at You can also log into the Eventbrite app or reference the Tickets page within your account. Disability Access

Is the event suitable for disabled visitors?

Although the venue is on several levels, there is lift access to all areas and there are accessible toilets on all levels. A limited amount of Blue Badge parking is available at the venue, pre-book to guarantee your space from (booking fee applies).

At Stylist Live

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, there is a cloakroom located on the ground floor of the Business Design Centre and in the the VIP area.

Is there a ‘Shop & Drop’ facility?

There will be an area to leave shopping bags in the Stylist Live VIP area which is only available to VIP ticket holders.

Are there cash point facilities at Stylist Live?

Cash point facilities – subject to transaction charges – are available within the Business Design Centre. There are also plenty of cash points near the venue.

Will the boutique pop-ups and food vendors at Stylist Live take debit/credit cards?

Almost all of the vendors will be able to take card payment, unless the price points are very low. Bars and restaurants are less likely to take card payments, so bringing a certain amount of cash with you is advised.

Does my ticket include any food and drink?

Complimentary food and drinks are available to visitors who have purchased Stylist Live VIP tickets. Food and drink is not included with standard entry tickets but there will be plenty of both on offer for you to sample and buy.

Can I return anything I buy at Stylist Live? (eg clothes, accessories, etc)

Individual stall holders are entirely responsible for anything that they sell at Stylist Live. We would recommend ensuring you get a receipt and the contact details of the company in case of any issues. Stylist Live cannot be held responsible for any problems concerning products bought at the show from third party companies.
