Stylist Live will take place in Olympia Grand, which is adjacent to Kensington Olympia station, and within walking distance (10 minutes) of Baron’s Court (District and Piccadilly lines)

There is parking available at Olympia London, but please note that venue parking is not free and starts from £6 per hour. All of the Olympia parking charges can be viewed here.

You are the best judge of whether your child would enjoy Stylist Live and whether you would enjoy it with them! The catwalk features some loud music and the event will be busy in places.
The event is free for children under five years of age and they would be expected to sit on your knee for the catwalk show or other talks.
Please note that the bars at Olympia London operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy to avoid under 18s being able to obtain alcohol.
Purchasing tickets in advance is recommended to guarantee entry. Prices on the door are higher and some ticket types are subject to availability. All tickets purchased in advance include a complimentary cocktail, access to all open stages and catwalk shows. You can buy tickets here.
All open stages and catwalk shows at Stylist Live will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis. There is plenty of seating room provided. However, if there’s a particular session you’re interested in, we recommend arriving in plenty of time before the start to ensure you have the best chance of being seated. The Stylist Live THRIVE stage is a closed-off area, where we will be hosting a separate timetable of talks and workshops. These talks and workshops are bookable in advance, and are only available to Silver or Gold (VIP) ticket holders. You can find out more about the different ticket types here.
All Stylist Live tickets are sold as non-refundable and non-transferable.
Yes! We have introduced a three-day festival pass for 2017, which gives you access to Stylist Live for the duration of the event (Friday-Sunday). These tickets are sold at bronze level only, giving you access to all open stages each day of the event, as well as a complimentary cocktail upon entry. You can purchase your three-day pass here.

Yes, there is a cloakroom located at the front of the event, in the corner of the hall, as well as in the VIP area.
There will be an area to leave shopping bags in the Stylist Live VIP area, which is only available to Gold VIP ticket holders.
Cash point facilities – subject to transaction charges – are available outside Olympia London opposite the train station entrance.
Almost all of the vendors will be able to take card payments unless the price points are very low.
All ticket holders will receive a complimentary drink upon entry. Additional food and drink is not included with standard entry tickets but there will be plenty of both on offer for you to sample and buy.
Individual stall holders are entirely responsible for anything that they sell at Stylist Live. We would recommend ensuring you get a receipt and the contact details of the company in case of any issues. Stylist Live cannot be held responsible for any problems concerning products bought at the show from third-party companies.
